I ordered on 10.20.24 from Moonlit bottles online store front a few bottles of champagne along with some whiskey to be shipped to NV. I used two different credit cards as the first one said invalid. Total purchase prices was around $260. I didn't receive any information except this below

Your Payment has been completed, you will soon be contacted by our team.

Note: Sometimes you don`t see a instant Payment from your account, except we just authorize Payment from your account & transaction can take upto 24 hours to appear in your account statement.

I didn't receive any correspondence and when I inquired, I didn't receive a response. When I went to call them today, 10.22.24 the number went to a voicemail. I went to go check the website and now they have a redirect to Mga liquor, same phone number used. I've filed a complaint with the ScamPulse.com and then got in the chat with Mga liquor and inquired about this being a scam. The person responded and then stated they didn't know what I was talking about and our number isn't connected to that. I called the number again and a female answered and stated that she works for the management company so they just tell her to say that. The chat person stopped responding at this point.
