*** arrived at our house with paperwork from Better Quality Health. Less than a minute after *** arrived William with Better Quality Health called and spoke with my husband to be sure he understood why he was getting the testing. There was a sense of urgency to his insisting my husband do the testing immediately. . *** said they would wait while my husband contacted his doctor to ask why he needed genetic testing. He reached his doctor (PCP) who said this lab offers genetic testing but she recommended we check first to see if BCBS would cover the lab costs. She agreed my husband did not need to have the genetic testing if he did not want it. Better Quality Health called back and explained to my husband why he needed the testing..."you could have an immunocompromised disease, you and your children need to know this, your doctor ordered the testing." I heard my husband talking to William and told him he did not want the genetic testing. William became VERY INSISTENT that this was a DOCTORS ORDER. We finally hung up on him. The next day Kyle from Better Quality Health called my husband to again convince him to get the testing. I was with my husband and I told him we already told William "NO" yesterday. Kyle was also VERY INSISTENT my husband be tested. We had to hang up on him also. When we got home I looked up Better Quality Health and rGen labs in the ScamPulse.com website. No results for either in Florida or Texas. The I googled the phone number 877-752-7022 and immediately SCAM phone came up. Also Googleing rGen labs brought up information about 4 Court Filings against this company. My husband and I believe the testing was probably not going to be covered by insurance and we would have been stuck with a huge fraudulent bill.
