I have contacted the owner of the site Matthew Searce 5 times since I ordered them on December 18, 2022. Each time he tells me he is sorry the order hasn't shipped yet and he is in the process of expanding his team to better serve my orders in the future. Never once has he offered a discount, and only said that December was a busy month. I have asked multiple times to have my order shipped high priority or my money refunded. I have received neither.
