Error message and talking on computer when I was trying to go to bank website. Somehow I got to talking with someone who started fixing my computer. Don’t remember exactly how this happened. He took over computer and apparently fixed it. All looked OK. Said he was from Infotech Solutions. Has left name and phone number with me . However cost was around $800. When I came to pay, suddenly the company name was Cottonlands Support. Cannot find this name on Google search. Would appreciate any feedback on this experience
