I was attempting to buy a puppy from this individual. I paid $500 plus $130 for transport from owner. The next day the supposed carrier sent an email that a special crate was need for the flight. This cost, which the said was a deposit for the carrier and that I would be fully refunded.. the deposit amount was 4,500. I contested this and bothe the seller and transport stated I would be charge with animal abandonment if I did not pay this deposit. He stated by email his address is 859 Oreo Place Pacific Palisades, CA. I am pretty sure that was a lie also. Provided his name as Robert Bradley. Cash app Raymond 80 supposedly belongs to his son. Zelle email mailto:[email protected] and Zelle name David Bradley R.
