I made an appointment with this company for a lock issue on a Friday for the following Tuesday. I had to give a credit card over the phone to "hold the appointment." I fixed the issue i was calling about, and canceled the appointment on monday, a full 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment. They called me to tell me i owed a cancelation fee despite never telling me this was their policy and the fact that i never agreed to these terms.
