On vacation in April, 2025, my sister and I were shopping in Honolulu, HI. After being in a terrible car accident in our city, we needed some R&R. We went to a mall where a man with candy lured me into the store: Inglot, where promises were given that a machine named Jupiter by Space Touch could make my wrinkles & vericose veins go away by using it. We were promised a massage and I was given an example of how to use the machine. (They first said it was $7,200; it had NASA technology). After a long wait my sister & I went into their "boiler room" and they gave us the hard sell but no massage. My sister left because it was too much pressure. I was told I could get it for $2,774. and was also sold an under eye cream that could make bags disappear for $376. I am 78 and a widow. That was rediculous for me to think I bought their promises by being bullied. My sister said she'd pay $1,000. of the price and we would share the machine. While my sister was gone, the sales lady said she would give another machine to not have to share for the same price. Part of the hard sell was the sales person had to catch a flight to get back to Boston. (She lied so we would hurry up and buy, she was lounging & talking to another employee the next day when she thought we left the day before.) That next day with buyers remorse we went back where she said "all sales are final". I had threatened to put it in dispute before she offered the "free" machine. I hope this happens to no one else, especially if you can't afford it.
