A letter to the potential victim arrived via Canada Post. Scammer identified as a lawyer in the US Virgin Islands whose client pased away in December 2014 leaving $31.6US million dollars in a bank. As the client's named lawyer he has been asked to find a relative to claim the funds or they will be turned over to the government. He has located our relative, who shares the same last name as his supposed client. Encourages them to contact him and they will share the money after donating 10% to charity.

If his offer is of interest he encourages contact via [email protected]

Does not ask directly for any money in this letter. I believe this is an ols scam however it has some legs as it is circulating once again.
