This business has on their webpage that they are a ScamPulse.com A+ rated company - they are not. The link on that website connects to another company name that has nothing to with them - it's fraudulent.

Also, they post online that they guarantee 100% customer satisfaction for their products. I received damaged ink cartridges from them and then after proving it arrived damaged through a photo, they still refused to refund the money and also contested the charge back from my credit card company.
