Me and my wife purchased food from inmate care packages website given to us by our son in prison. The food were for our son in prison. Right after the purchase we received a text message thanking us for the purchase. The purchase was done on the May 3rd 2023 and delivery promised within 3 days after the son didn’t received the food on the 10th of May after waiting to see if it will arrived after the weekend we tried to call few times with no answer so decided to text them from their text on the website. They responded by saying to provide proof of payment. So we sent them our bank record and cash up receipts were we made a payment from their website direction. They responded by saying thanks for sending us the payment proof your product will be delivered within 3 days . 3 days later still no delivery and our son was moved to another facility far from the previous so we wrote to let them know no need to send any more food our son has been moved. We just need a refund back to the credit card used . When you pronounce refund they do not respond. They seem to be sensitive with the word refund. We sent them few more refund text since they didn’t respond so we decided to proceed with our bank for the refund so we file a claim. The bank said will investigate and respond. They will then send a response to the bank telling them they never received money. After they told us they have received our proof of payment and will deliver the goods in 3 days . The bank responded by saying they didn’t received the money . So I took all our conversation by text with them to the bank after they read it . They tried to call them with no answer and I tried again and again . Some one picks up the phone with a Korean accent after we gave in the order number 87432 he claim we have no such claim I persisted several time letting him know we have been in contact with you by text and this number is from your website the. He mentioned my wife name I said that it . Then he said we do not deliver at this facility and hang up the phone . The bank person tried to call him several times he will never pick up the phone again. I had written to the bank ceo to advise him of the situation and he delegated some one to investigate. Base on their response they claimed the situation to be fraud and at first they refused to refund . Later they call me to say to advise after having discussions with the ceo entourage they decided to make an exception this is time to refund the money and our money was refunded . Going thru this company reviews.their reviews are mostly 1 with complaints about fraud. I think you should investigate this company and close so that no

One else get hurt. They are a perfect example of a ripoff company. My recommandations is to shot them down . It is a fraudulent website who makes you pay by cash up , crypto , money order then claim we never received your money . You sent it to someone else.
