I had tried to put money on my mom's books. I signed up with global tell and after giving my card information it kept saying "can't find inmate" so I decided not to mess with it and got off of it. They proceeded to take nearly all of the money off of my card with my personal authorization. I never once agreed to those charges and I simply would not have as I was only putting $20 on my moms books to begin with. They are refusing to refund my money via email as you cannot contact them over the phone.
