Canceled order refund. 2nd order paid but package is on hold

12/17/22 ordered holiday joy $43.44 order was canceled somehow. Reordered same package when asked but no order number was given. Notifications asked for funds and to verify address.
12/19/22 reordered package a order number was finally given. paid $43.44 again. 1st order was canceled a refund was processing but it declined. The only message showed package on hold and to provided proof of payments. Proof was sent a few times. This is a inconvenience. Don’t look good on inmates care package ratings. Here’s proof again.

ICP inmate-packages.com scam

Purchased a gift package for a friend in ada county jail idaho. A week went by no shipping info. I sent emails and chat bot requests. Got response that they had high volume of customer support but no tracking. Tried everyday. Nothing. I paid with cashapp. User changed cashapp photo from ICP to some lady in a parking lot in slippers. Her name is Michelle Bias. This is a scam I hope they get caught.

They’re pretending to be a online inmate care package. Only way they accept money is through money order, zelle, or cash app. I believe this is scam 1000%. Never been in this situation & unfortunately I was scammed. Please do your research before making any purchases with these people.
