There was an add on Facebook for bras and I clicked on the site and ordered. I paid with my banking debit card and provided my address, phone, and email. I received and email like normal confirming my order. I received the order with a shipping center address of 5572 Silver Hill Rd Bryan, TX 77807. There are 2 phone numbers online (661) 489-8418 and (937) 462-0674. The items are not as advertised and I emailed the company for instructions for a return as advertised, "FREE RETURNS Returns within 30 days receive a full refund." I received an email back asking for pictures, which I sent and 3 times I specifically asked for a return. The 2nd email had grammatical errors and stated: "Dear customer,

Bra belongs to intimate clothing, there is no special reason can not enjoy the return service, because it will affect our secondary sales, if you insist on returning, you have to ensure that the goods are not used, and need to bear the return freight, the return freight amount is very high. I can apply for the universal coupon of the store for you and give you a 30% discount. You can choose a style you like or change it into a suitable size." I was told on the 3rd and last email received: "Return rules: 1. The goods do not affect secondary sales. 2: The cost of return is borne by the buyer. 3: Refund after receiving the goods and checking that they are correct. The cycle is very long. If you insist on returning it back,we will go to the further step."

I did not pay much, but my data is what is concerning and the integrity of my devices.
