Inne beauty products has an instagram page. I was shown many ads advertising their products on instagram. I purchased a hair removal product through their website. I received an email confirming my order. The next day I received an email saying that my order shipped, but with no tracking. It said to allow 3 weeks for delivery. Almost 3 moths later I have never received the order. I have emailed the company many times asking for help, with no response. I tried to address my missing order with them on their instagram page, but they deleted all my comments and blocked my Instagram profile, so I can no longer view their page. Other commentors on instagram posted similar comments, saying they never got their order. Their comments were deleted, as well.
