I ordered the Moskito Pro at 50% off. Instead of billing me at that rate, they doubled the price. Shipping confirmation stated if there was a problem with the order to contact them immediately, which I did. Five hours later I got a response saying it was too late, they already shipped the items. Meanwhile I had contacted my credit card company and started a claim for a refund. Upon hearing from my credit card company, Innovations-Shopping sent a phoney invoice to them and a different phoney invoice to me. Innovations responded to me saying I could ship the order back and they would, upon inspection give me a refund. I again contacted them via email (they are in China) saying that I would refuse the delivery and have the package "returned to sender." They received the package and said they would refund my money. Since I believed I was getting a refund I didn't pursue the claim with my credit card company who then denied the claim based on the phoney invoice. I contacted Innovations repeatedly by email, but they NEVER reponded to any of my emails. Six months have now gone by and no refund. their website is no longer working. Lesson learned. Don't buy from a Chinese company.
