I was cc'd in an email between an attorney (Don F Harris) as well as the representing party Studio T Arts & Entertainment to the company in question Innovative Consulting experience (ICE) stating that I am the company's operations executive with my email attached. I have never worked or live in California as well as hear of this company and am not an employee. Note that Carole kight responded to the email saying "I should not be on this email list. Please remove. Thank you." Below is a snippet to the notice.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing on behalf of Innovative Consulting

Experience to formally address a series of concerns we have regarding the management

and lease terms of the property located at 1217 Del Paso Blvd. Suite #A & #D Sacramento

Ca. 95815, under the ownership of your client, Ms. T.

These issues have significantly impacted on our ability to conduct business as outlined in

our original lease agreement with the previous owner.

In conclusion, we are requesting a meeting to discuss the lease and these critical issues

affecting our ability to run our business effectively. We seek a resolution that allows us to

continue operating as we were before the change in ownership, without the ongoing

disruptions and challenges that have been imposed. We ask that all future communication

be clear and direct so we can avoid unnecessary misunderstandings.

I, Andre White, on behalf of Innovative Consulting Experience, am writing in response to

the recent letter received from your office. This letter aims to address the issues

concerning the lease agreement, rent payments, and property management changes, and

seeks resolution regarding the concerns raised.

Firstly, I would like to clarify that rent payments were made in full and up to date through

May and June while the property was managed by Carol Kight at RPS who was ready to get

to a solution to all of the issues. In July, we were informed that rent should be paid to the

new property management team, as directed by Ms. T and her team. However, upon

recontacting the property management with other tenants, they informed us they no longer

represent Ms. T or the Renaissance building. Despite our efforts to obtain further details,

we have not received clear information about the new management or instructions for

moving forward with payments.

We were expecting to review the lease and discuss payment issues, including any

additional fees, but unfortunately, no meeting has taken place. Ms. T also accused us of

operating an illegal business in the presence of the new property management, which I

personally witnessed. This accusation was unexpected and baseless.

Additionally, we received a notice to pay rent or quit from a team member of Ms. T, Mr.

Philipp. However, this was confusing since we were under the impression that all issues

would be addressed with Carol Kight at RPS, who we have not been able to reach for a

meeting.

It is essential for us to receive copies of the lease agreement to move forward and resolve

these misunderstandings.

Furthermore, there has been a serious issue regarding our mail delivery. We have reason to

believe that our mail was deliberately rerouted by someone in the building, resulting in the

return of important correspondence, including client’s mail. We have contacted the USPS

Postmaster regarding this issue and believe it is a significant concern that needs

immediate resolution.

In conclusion, we kindly request a meeting to resolve the lease issues and clarify the

property management's involvement. We are eager to resolve these matters and continue

business operations without further disruption.
