I ordered men's work socks from what I thought was Bombas. Never got an email acknowledging my order, so I have no proof of what I ordered. They took forever to come, so I contacted Bombas. They told me there was no order from me. Filed a complaint through Discover. Two weeks later I received a package from China containing one pair of men's Bombas socks, some women's Bombas socks (size small) 4 pair of puma socks, and one pair of polo socks. There was no packing order included. Later I get a message from Discover that Paypal sent them notice that everything was delivered, so they got the money back. This is the 2nd time I fell for this on Facebook. I will no longer order anything on FB.

Ordered some clothing from what we thought was Palm Angels. The site was identicle to the genuine page. (how is this even allowed )
As soon as the sale confirmation came we knew it was a scam. I contacted PayPal and asked them to stop the payment as i considered it to be a fraudulant transaction. PayPal disagreed and paid them. The items came they are cheap nasty nylon fakes. No paperwork inside parcel to offer returns etc. Load of crap. PayPal wont let me open a new case as they say I have done that and its closed. I am out of pocket with no help

Thought I was buying Blenders sunglasses but I didn’t receive them until I contacted PayPal at which time the product was sent. I received cheap gross sunglasses from a China address (but I believe they came from America somewhere because they arrived quickly due to my PayPal complaint) PayPal will not refund because I didn’t send the stupid glasses back to China. FRAUD!

You can file a dispute with PayPal and state that you are not returning the Sun Glasses because the company is committing fraud - advertising a product they do not send to you. I continued to dispute. PayPal also told me to send it back and then I could get my money back. I first filed the dispute with PayPal and every time Innovative Skincare Solutions told me to send them back and they would refund my money I told them to supply me with a pre-paid label and I would but I was not spending any more money as they committed fraud. I continued to report to PayPal that is was fraud and I would not pay to ship something back when it would again cost me more money and I had no way to be sure they would refund the money. I also messaged PayPal about this. Paypal has now said they will refund my credit card. This company is using other company's websites to offer the product with no plans on filling the order and you are not aware that you are buying from another vendor until the charge is made. I am encouraging them to not support Innovative Skincare solutions as they are preying on people. They tell me they have raised it to another level. I have also contacted Facebook as they are using their platform. I encourage everyone to continue to fight & escalate their issue.

I ordered a pair of child Crocs . The picture was of navy blue Frozen theme Crocs with lights in the soles. I ordered size 9 and they were about $43. A pair of plain white used looking Crocs came without any lights and in the wrong size . I complained to PayPal who said I would need to pay to return them to China with tracking and they must get from Nebraska to China in a 8 day period in order to get a refund. . So disappointed with Skincare innovations aka loafers.com and with PayPal for accepting this abuse . Don’t order from them . It is a complete scam .

This seller is using Facebook ad space to offer Hydroflasks at 60% discount. THEY ARE NOT REAL Hydroflasks. They come from China, and take a month to get to the US. The company will not offer a refund for the fake products unless you send them back to them, ON YOUR DIME. The shipping from the US to China for these items is more than the product itself. They are advertising a REAL copyrighted/trademarked product and scamming people out of their money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
