Please be aware. They will take your money. This vacation group does not exist. The contract lists the corporate office in Oklahoma. It is not there—-I checked with the leasing company. The listed phone number does not work. Al will try to appease you for awhile——even ask for more money to speed up the process. I am not working with my bank to get my money back. SCAM

I am having the same problem. They won’t return my calls or emails…I’m also working with my credit card company. I have made a complaint with the BBB and also I’m thinking of writing to the GRINGO GAZETTE to put in a notice to advise others. I am wondering if the Mexican legal system can do anything

I have not had a very good experience with this company. Now their phone line is not working. Run away. I spent $5000 on this travel group. I should have investigated more. They try and make it look legit with a contract and everything. It's sad. But this happens.

Kicked off our summer vacation using this program. I'm not gonna lie this did take a little longer to be activated than expected but I was in close communication with my sales man and with Innvictus customer support.
It took a while to learn the ins and outs of the program since there are certain days where points are cheaper and days where you are going to waste more points than normal however once I got the hang of it it was easier to book and reserve. I received all confirmation of reservations via email by customer service and the airlines as well. I have 3 trips scheduled this summer so I'm ready to begin my travels soon.

My only complaint is there is a bit of a delay on point activation especially on a short notice. but other than that, I share my Innvictus points between my parents and my older brother and sister so we all plan our vacations during the year and reserve them using our points. When I purchased I made sure to ask if it was possible to share the membership with other family members so it does state in the contract that my family members are able to book using my username.
Since we have an extra amount of points that accumulate on years where nobody takes a trip, there are years we can travel twice or where we can travel all together as a family. Also, points are a great Christmas or anniversary present when you do not know what to gift. Our family gifts points so they can book cruises or hotel stays whenever they like.

There is only so much one can do while living in the small island of Puerto Rico which is why my husband and I have decided it was time to begin traveling. We visited Mexico this spring break vacation with our grown kids and attended a presentation where we were presented with Innvictus. We have decided to purchase and are looking forward to begin traveling. So far, we have received our welcome to the program and are now just waiting to be activated. I have had great customer attention from the company which has been a great relief- we are ready to begin our travels!

Decided it was a good time to ditch the Alberta cold, and visit the Dominican Republic for holiday! This is our second time using Innvictus for our international travel. We have 2 other memberships that allow for better Canadian or U.S travel options, but what we particularly like from Innvictus is their international travel options. We get to save a lot of money on flights as well as our hotel stay compared to our other memberships. It is also more easy to book all in one spot and get all of the reservations. Plus, if we ever get stuck we can call customer support and they can help us book right away. We are looking forward for the DR this spring break holiday

Visited Xcaret park with my wife and 2 kiddos last week...
We were able to book flights and also activities within the park using ILG. (I recommend booking the activities ahead of time because of high season, some of the activities were limited)
The points we purchased allowed us to have a really great time and also to get back home at a much cheaper rate than other airlines. I enjoy that flights come out cheaper using the platform rather than booking directly at the airline.
Xcaret was awesome, the weather was nice and the park was the best part of it all. The kids want to go back this summer so we are already looking into booking the flights as well as the activities, so availability is not an issue

Make sure you have everything paid off once you request the release of your points, or else you will not be able to have access to the program. I was a bit upset, but once I paid by balance I was able to get my points and I have now started to travel using the program and I have no issues

I am a planner so I like booking all of my trips in January so that I have everything scheduled for the rest of the year. I also like doing that because my points renew every start of the year and also left over points come through so its like having a never ending amount of points. I am taking 8 trips total this year, and I will still have some points left over so that they roll into 2025. This is my 3rd year using Innvictus and I have never been happier,.

Just returned from our Christmas and New Years vacation using our Innvictus pts. We ran into a bit of trouble when booking due to some issues we had with with baggage. Extra airline fees that are not included in the initial booking process have an extra cost that has to come from you so we ended up paying out of pocket at the airport so that was the only issue but it was not a big deal. Other than that we had an excellent vacation filled with many activities. For 10 days, 5 roundtrip flights, 1 car rental, and 5 different excursions in Cancun totaled up to 952,639 points. So we still have points available to take about 2 big vacations this 2024.

Nice, we also came back from Mexico! our vacation sounds a bit similar to yours with the activities. We were able to combine our years and spent about a million in points. We are going to Cancun for spring break, which hotel did you stay at?

Spent our honeymoon in Tuscany back in October. We had some extra points accumulated from rolling over points that we did not use last year. Because of this, we splurged and stayed at Villa di Piazzano in Cortona. This was an super cozy spot targeted towards newlyweds. Many couples were spending their honeymoon here so we made awesome friendships. We talked to our friends about our Innvictus points and we are going to let some of them use our membership to book their upcoming travels since we won´t be taking any trips until next October. So Innvictus also works as an investment if that is something you´re looking towards! My husband and I are very happy with this program.

I like to plan all of my vacations in advance for sure, so this program allows me to book my vacation one year in advance. I already have my 2024 vacations planned out so on spring break we are going to San Antonio, Texas and visiting the riverwalk, we are then driving down to SPI. For summer vacay we are going back to Cabo San Lucas which is where we purchased Innvictus. For Christmas 2024 my husband and I are going to the Maldives and staying at The Four Seasons resort we are so excited for this 2024 and vacationing with this program

Spent our Thanksgiving weekend in Maui and stayed at Hotel Wailea. The views of Haleakala were unbelievably breathtaking! We used our Innvictus points to reserve our flights and hotel stay. Deciding whether or not to stay at an all inclusive was the hardest part of reserving, but we are glad we did not stay at an all inclusive since we spent so much time doing activities outside of the hotel. 10/10 we love Maui

Sold our Vidanta property and bought Innvictus. So far, this has been the best change we could´ve done. I am happy because we have no more maintenence fees and we do not have to pay anymore hidden fees or charges in order to stay in the places we want and like. We have a lot more ¨free¨money saved up to pay for excursions or activities which is what my family loves doing while on vacation, especially when we travel to Mexico. We are also able to get discounts on activities while using Innvictus points so that was a plus for us as well. We do not miss being Vidanta owners, so far we are loving our Innvictus membership.

Just purchased my membership in Cabo, I am very excited to see how it plays out. One of my buddies recently purchased in Cabo and they recommended we visit AL and attend his presentation. We had a great time and really enjoyed all the information about what we can do with our program. My wife and I are particularly interested in cruises, we love spending almost have a year at sea traveling and seeing new places so we are excited to use Innvictus to get on cruises. Im excited to see how it goes!

Definetly was looking for a site like this where I can do all our vacation planning easy an and quick. Innvictus has been nothing but efficient for us and our way of traveling. My family takes frequent trips to Europe for business and this program has made those trips easy to book, less expensive and overall more fun.

My fiance and I are very spontanous when it comes to our vacations and trips. We usually NEVER plan anything since we dont have stable work schedules we just randomly pick a place and decide to visit. When we were presented with Innvictus Luxury Group while in Puerto Vallarta, we went ahead and bought the points so that we can take those spontaneous vacations that we really enjoy doing. We have visited 5 places so far all in Mexico, and we have out first international trip to the Fiji Islands coming up in December (We did actually plan this in advance) We have booked this reservation using our points so we are ready to see how our vacation abroad goes using Innvictus! The program seems to be great for planners as well as people who don´t like to plan as much.

Sold my timeshare and purchased Innvictus instead. I like the dynamic of the program how the platform works. I have started reserving trips using Innvictus and have been presented with no issues. I do not like using the computer as much to do reservations so I often call customer service so that they can assist me with my reservations. I get sent all of my confirmations via email so there is no issues with reserving my vacation for people like me that don´t know how to use a computer very well, this is a great option. I like using points to travel as well as car rentals. I will be going on a cruise with my wife to the carribean for Christmas and we are very ready for that.

This November we are renewing our membership with Innvictus and buying 10 more years of travel. During these past 10 years, we have been able to travel as a family and enjoy many fun moments together. A lot has changed within the company but all changes have been for the better. We got 2 big vacations per year with our points we purchased. We will forsure be purchasing more points this year so that our kids and grand kids can also benefit from the program.
