Ordered product from a Facebook advertisement. My payment was taken immediately and the product was shipped in a timely fashion. The company emailed me numerous times to tell me my package was on its way. The product had leaked into the carton and there was very little left in the bottle. I used the small amount that was in the bottle and did not find any positive results. I paid to send the product back and the tracking showed it was received. After fifteen emails the company refuses to refund my money and says my "ticket is closed"???? They advertise "Money Back Guaranty" within 30 days. They probably had no intention of refunding my money.
