Got scammed, too

I ordered a sewing machine from facebook by this company and they have not communicated anything. Pretty sure I got scammed. . .

I saw an ad on facebook for sewing machines.seemed legit.i paid thru paypal.since them have heard nothing,no confirmation email no help from paypal.i am disgusted.

Goodness, I am livid so much I don't know where to begin. This company came across my Facebook page stating that they were going through some rough times and are needing to close their store and sell out their bulk of sewing machines at this huge discount, at $75.99 or so, that it would be money lost but that hopefully, the money would help in their time of need, per se. So, yes, so many people hopped on to check it out. I sent them a personal message on Facebook messenger asking them if this post was correct, to which they responded by stating ''yes it is''. They also claimed in another message that they would let me know as to when my items, (4 sewing machines that I picked out) would be sent out by them sending me an email as to when that would be. This was in December on the 9th of 2021. I am still not only waiting for my email but some sort of response from the company. I am still waiting on the products that I ordered and yet haven't received. I have proof from my PayPal account that these were completed and paid for. I have proof from the www.inpethouse.com site of my purchases. What I do NOT have is my 4 sewing machines nor do I have any confirmation emails, numbers, anything from this company!! I have filed a case against PayPal about my situation. If I can't get my machines, then by all means refund me. It even says on the bottom of their website that "7-day Satisfaction Guarantee, Full Refund if dont receive orders". I gave all the information to PayPal that I have collected and or could get from this scamming company to get my monies back and my case was denied!! On their Facebook page, they don't have a legit phone number. +1866591061; missing a number. Then there is the email address. Both are invalid. My PayPal info from this company states it's from Mud Sweat Gears. Some of the other people on Facebook that are having issues with their part in this too also have weird names come upon their PayPal invoices for the same company. On my PayPal invoice, the email, as well as the phone number, is completely different than what is shown on Facebook. I want to file a complaint against this so-called company and warn others about it but it is nearly impossible to do so. They state to be out of Hayward Park, CA, but the zip code they provide is 24048, and apparently, the zip is wrong. I am at my wit's end. PayPal with all the info I have on these people states that ''they were able to get ahold of this company and that they claim that my items were delivered''. My question is ''how in the world was PayPal able to get ahold of these people when the information that was given to me that I can NOT get ahold of them myself"?? This company told me that I would be sent an email as to when I would be receiving my items and yet I have NOT HEARD OR SEEN A THING since Dec. 9th of 2021. I saved their website/webpage to my computer and just now have seen that it has been deleted. I would like to be refunded my money or actually have my items come to me via USPS, UPS, or FED EX. Since this whole experience, I have had chest pain of being taken advantage of. Having to now deal with criminal fraud, being lied to not only Inpethouse-US but also by PayPal with no actual proof from them when these 4 different sewing machines were delivered and to where and when. I have a bunch of proof myself that these people are still on Facebook running their scam ads. I have reported it to Facebook, and yet it is still running. I just would like some justice in this matter and hope that this gets resolved and soon. I am attaching the pictures of the sewing machines (this is only allowing me to send one picture but I had ordered 4 different sewing machines) that I wanted and ordered and have NOT received. Thank you.

Me, too. I just posted to this site as well. I thought FB tried to keep scammers to a minimum. I guess not!
