This was an order for a Harry Potter "stanley" cup. When I did not receive it, I checked the email order confirmation that came from [email protected]. It was order # We have received your order. 28JK5-BUFDXMQ for $18.98 but it said *If you have any questions or problems,contact our Customer Care team([email protected]) directly for help with your order number.* So I emailed them for update and they sent me a tracking number. The tracking said it was delivered to my mailbox (it was not) so I called the Post Office and they tracked the number to another person in another area entirely and could tell by the weight it was not my item so they gave me a wrong tracking #. I have emailed numerous times to no response. I tried going to the panterssa.com website but it come up with *Your connection isn't private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from pantherssa.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).* so I have no info on phone, city or any location at all. I'm hoping you can at least track down these URL and emails. I'd love to get some response (or the item) but i'm sure it's gone. Thank you
