Oct 21st I ordered 2 items. Shapewear for body and a bra. Since then I have received several emails to track my items. The tracking number changed 2 from Oct 21st to present day. I have emailed several times to both emails I provided above with no response. I tried to email xborderecommerce, another source given by this Company and it was kicked back as “bad address” after the second attempt of reaching out to this email. So that’s now 3 emails I had tried to recover my items. I had to pay a $20 shipping fee for these items.
I went to my local post office and they gave me some papers to show that this company gave a fraudulent business address for themselves on the package so they was forced to intercept this package and send back. This business should be well aware of these things since they profit mostly from mail orders. I have bank statements showing the monies they took for these items I did not receive as well.
As of today is still have not received my items and no one will response to any of the emails I sent to 3 diff emails for them.
I have no address nor phone number provided for this place but I did notice my parcel was being processed at a place in Italy from the very first verification email they sent me to begin tracking my items. Please help. Than you!
