Inscents Waterfall Reports & Reviews (17)

Ordered Inscents waterfall online. I had no problem with payment and delivery. However, I started receiving calls and texts from different numbers. First was a charge of $34.95 for some type of cosmetic. When you call the phone number it is a short recording of nothing relevant the it hangs up. Yesterday I got an email thanking me for using the Comfort Meditation App. And a notification that my 'continued subscription'(that I don't have) will be $34.95 unless I cancel. Cancel subscription doesn't take u anywhere. Did reply to the email stating my concerns. I also sent an email to Inscents Waterfall. I got a reply for another deal... When I replied they closed request.
I just now got charged $34.95 for 'Little Paws' on my debit card. No phone number to call. And obviously I did not order. Also have received voicemails from Everly Well? Who knows what that is, but it all started with buying the Waterfall online.

This UTTER FRAUDSTER outfit scammed me too. Claimed to want to resolve the issue--AKA all the money they're actively trying to steal from me and hundreds of others, but like everyone has said all they do is refuse to credit your card for their fraudulent charges.
Disputing with PayPal and bc I'm a lawyer, going to sue them...ripe for class action!
My correspondence below.
Soooo mad.

Hi Dana,

We are saddened to hear that you felt that way. Please allow me to help get this sorted out.

Upon carefully checking your transaction details, I see that there is already a dispute ongoing with PayPal. In this situation, if you will be eligible for a refund based on the dispute results, PayPal shall take care of processing the refund to your account as they will automatically debit the funds from us.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have any more questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out.

I too was scammed out of $64.93 for a ten dollar Inscents Waterfall. I was charged way more than I agreed to. I will NOT buy anything else off of Facebook!

I emailed them right away canceling and they just kept making offers of discounts. I said no to all of them 10 times. Then they told me 5 days later the package is already mailed and I would have to pay to ship it back. No resolution was reached.
Canceled the minute I realized the outrageous cost

I followed an Instagram ad and selected a few items, however there was no bill displayed before the final checkout and the total cost was way more than expected. 10 minutes after purchase, I sent an email requesting cancellation of the order. What followed in the next 12 hours was a nightmare of going back and forth with the "customer service team". They kept "acknowledging" my multiple requests to cancel the order by sending an offer to delay the issue. After they stopped replying to my emails, I finally received two notifications stating that the order had been processed and was on its way! Manipulative tactics to delay the cancellation process so they could ship the order with a tracking order to then tell me that "I'll now have to wait for the item to arrive before getting a refund as per the cancellation policy on their website". I will start a dispute with PayPal and hopefully get some money back. Cannot believe that this scam is still ongoing after multiple reports from consumers on various other websites!

I wanted to order what's in the 1st picture turn down a bunch of offers ordered ordered that confirmation but that it was overcharged by the wrong company. The last 2 pictures are what I found once I started to get nervousDon't fall for this waterfall

Placed an order for £17.00 they took that transaction and also then took another £71.94. I've tried to contact them but had absolutely no luck. Just waiting on my back.to call.me back.and hopefully I can get this money back. Has anyone else managed to get there money back 🤔

They did the same thing to me. I got a bill for $93. After 4 days of going back and forth, I finally filed a dispute with PayPal and they sided with me. Otherwise, I don't think I would have gotten my money back. It's been 2 weeks and I got an email it just shipped. And the comments are turned off on the website, so you can't leave a review. At least now I'm only out $21. I wish you luck getting yours back

Was enquiring into what delivery charges might be then it said “order complete” with no final amount. I didn’t place an order. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Immediately contacted fraud department at my bank who temporarily put the amount into dispute pending what lies these dirty [censored] scam fraudulent thieves tell them. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They take double payments and add things on that you didn’t buy or authorise.

This is a scam website that offers therapeutic incense burners and incense, but the website itself is basically a scam to get your credit card info and constantly charge your card. DO NOT put your credit card information into their site. The product is almost like a bait and switch to get your payment info.

I started to purchase the incense burner on the site and it told me that I would also have to buy special cones. The site then tells you that it has a BOGO deal, where you pay, 19.99 and get an extra set of cones (the description is misleading and doesn't tell you that the Buy one portion is actually 59.99. And then it just keep prompting you to add things. You keep pressing no until you get to the confirmation page BUT THERE IS NO ORDER REVIEW PAGE. It literally charges your card and tells you your order has been confirmed. I expected my order total to be around 50.00, and it was more like 96.12. Also it blindly signs you up for some subscription and will continually charge your card.

I immediately called the company. The rep wanted to know why I was canceling. I kept explaining that I was not expecting the total to be so high. The rep kept insisting on adding items and would not let me reduce the order or cancel.

I hung up and emailed the request instead. Almost immediately after, I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. I then received an email saying that once an order has a tracking number they cannot cancel it. I would have to receive the order, PAY FOR SHIPPING and return the item to receive my money back.

I went through every effort with the post office to refuse the product before it reached me but received it quickly and immediately refused it. Please do not buy from this scam service. If you do, take the following steps:

If you try to get your money back, but they have shipped the order:

File a claim with your bank immediately. Explain to them the situation with the company, and explain you are returning the unwanted product.

REFUSE THE PACKAGE. Cross out your address, the barcode, refuse it to the carrier or take it to the post office. Take photos as evidence. If you do pay to return the item keep your receipts/documents in case you need them as proof.

Get a new debit/credit card - I am working on this now. I have yet to see the recurring charges but I not taking the chance. Definitely get a new Card.

Omg. It's like reading my own order issue with them! Same thing with the "special" insense. Then they charged the $59.99. My order was like $93. It's been a pain but I got my money back. Haven't received the burner. Luckily I ordered through PayPal, and I filed a dispute and PayPal sided with me, otherwise I would have just been out of almost $100.

I was looking into making a purchase from this site, incentswaterfall.com. I had maybe $20 worth of stuff added to my cart. Just a burner and the 100 free cones that it advertised as being included. I go to check out and put in my information, I hit the check out button thinking it would lead me to an purchase review/overview page like most websites do before you confirm your purchase. Nope not this one. I hit check out it said thanks for your $97 order. It had even changed my shipping option I had chosen to a different more expensive option. They billed me twice! Once for my $20 order and then billed me a $70 something second order full of bogus items and extras that I had not selected. I paid through PayPal thank goodness and they are reviewing my dispute. Hopefully I will get my money back. Watch out for this websight. It's totally a scam. Fraudulent charges, double charges, the old bait and switch checkout. Buyer beware is all I can say.

The same thing happened to me in January. PayPal have refused to refund as they day it looks legitimate ! I got charged an extra $54.99 AUS for 200 cones I didn't authorise. Shame on them, shame on PayPal. Stop these Scammers ! They have bad reviews everywhere on Google.

This company charges for products you did not request. After contacting them via email to point out the unwanted charges they were if no help and would not issue refund.

There is no price confirmation. Once you enter your payment information it skips straight to the scam. They immediately bill you for what is in your cart, then a pop up window appears informing you that you are missing some items. Closing that pop up window does no good, as you are still auto billed for the additional items. Your credit card will show two different payments going through, one of which (The larger one) is the junk from the pop up window. I went through the credit card company and disputed the charges.

My mother went online to order an incense burner at theincensewaterfall.co on 11/30/2020. Received an email containing payment overview and order number. Two weeks later the item still has not arrived and there has been no other email from the company regarding shipment. Tonight when she told me about it, I went online to investigate and noticed that the name of the website, the name of the company at the bottom of the website (Inscents Waterfall), and the contact email address ([email protected]) are all different. I also noticed that the website only sells one specific item and nothing more. When my mother and I called the customer service number on the website their voicemail box is full. My mother also emailed the contact email address listed a few days after her purchase and has yet to receive a response although the company claims they will respond within 24 hours.

Their email is [email protected] ... I had problem with them too. I tried to cancel with them as soon as I saw what they were actually charging me, as there was no price confirmation beforehand. They billed me in 2 separate payments, and added up to over $70. They kept stalling me by trying to give me a discount on more Inscents, I kept telling them no. Next day they told me it already was processed and had a tracking number on it, I would have to wait for order and then return it, and they do not supply return label, I would have to mail it back to them myself, and they supplied the address, which is : Catch Creation , 3102 W. Adams St., Santa Ana, CA 92704. The package did arrive about a week later, I just brought it to a mailing shop unopened, and had it returned to sender. I hope this helps you.
