I just now got charged $34.95 for 'Little Paws' on my debit card. No phone number to call. And obviously I did not order. Also have received voicemails from Everly Well? Who knows what that is, but it all started with buying the Waterfall online.

We just hope you will enjoy our product to feel at ease and regain your trust.
Again, we are still hoping to provide you with the best service in the future or the next time you place an order with us. We only ask for your kind consideration and understanding.

Hi Dana,
We are saddened to hear that you felt that way. Please allow me to help get this sorted out.
Upon carefully checking your transaction details, I see that there is already a dispute ongoing with PayPal. In this situation, if you will be eligible for a refund based on the dispute results, PayPal shall take care of processing the refund to your account as they will automatically debit the funds from us.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If you have any more questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out.

I started to purchase the incense burner on the site and it told me that I would also have to buy special cones. The site then tells you that it has a BOGO deal, where you pay, 19.99 and get an extra set of cones (the description is misleading and doesn't tell you that the Buy one portion is actually 59.99. And then it just keep prompting you to add things. You keep pressing no until you get to the confirmation page BUT THERE IS NO ORDER REVIEW PAGE. It literally charges your card and tells you your order has been confirmed. I expected my order total to be around 50.00, and it was more like 96.12. Also it blindly signs you up for some subscription and will continually charge your card.
I immediately called the company. The rep wanted to know why I was canceling. I kept explaining that I was not expecting the total to be so high. The rep kept insisting on adding items and would not let me reduce the order or cancel.
I hung up and emailed the request instead. Almost immediately after, I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. I then received an email saying that once an order has a tracking number they cannot cancel it. I would have to receive the order, PAY FOR SHIPPING and return the item to receive my money back.
I went through every effort with the post office to refuse the product before it reached me but received it quickly and immediately refused it. Please do not buy from this scam service. If you do, take the following steps:
If you try to get your money back, but they have shipped the order:
File a claim with your bank immediately. Explain to them the situation with the company, and explain you are returning the unwanted product.
REFUSE THE PACKAGE. Cross out your address, the barcode, refuse it to the carrier or take it to the post office. Take photos as evidence. If you do pay to return the item keep your receipts/documents in case you need them as proof.
Get a new debit/credit card - I am working on this now. I have yet to see the recurring charges but I not taking the chance. Definitely get a new Card.
