REFUND MY PURCHASE DO NOT OFFER ME A DISCOUNT!
This is my FIFTH email since 15June! Your customer service responses are completely inadequate. RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS AND DO NOT JUST OFFER A DISCOUNT.
I ordered two white jumpsuits and one white dress (Order Number IDS210511-1763924), and never received them, I received someone else's order, see pictures attached. I do not want these clothes, and I certainly don't want to buy these clothes as offered in previous emails.
Three emails previously, I was directed to return the clothing to the address provided, and then would be offered a refund for my original order. Below is the Insdress return policy for issues that are insdress responsibility, meaning that that are at the fault of insdress and not the customer.
Insdress Solutions:
1. Insdress's Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when insdress is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
I want to confirm that I will be FULLY reimbursed for shipping the incorrect items back to your facility. Will I be fully reimbursed for shipping the incorrect items back to your facility on top of the full refund for the optional purchase?
The opening line of your return policy is "At insdress.com, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed". My experience thus far with your company could not be further from this statement. It is your responsibility to make this right and correct this issue.

I'm sorry that the warehouse made a mistake due to the large quantity of recent orders.
We did not do this on purpose, but since the return address is in China and the freight is expensive.
In order to make up for your loss, we will give you a 50% refund of wrong item, and you can also keep this product.

Apologize for the unhappy and the inconvenience caused.
But the returning address is in China. It is expensive to ship oversea.
How about refund 60%?And you can keep the item.

Sorry, it may be due to our warehouse's hard work and exhaustion that the wrong product was shipped. I'm sorry, is it the right size? If possible, we will give you a 30% refund. Can you keep this?
