They never sent my products online site 404 error ???????

I made a purchase through this website a month ago. I have now tried to email and call the company, the phone number is disconnected and nobody has answered my emails. I have also tried to message them through Facebook and again nothing. When I looked up reviews today it says this company is fake and other customers have also paid money and not received their orders! I believe they are posting fake pictures of products to buy taking my money, and not sending anything. Now I have no way to get my money back and I cannot contact the company unfortunately. I want to prevent this from happening to any other gullible customers like myself!
