My computer froze and the abovementioned company showed up on the screen offering to fix my problem stating that the computer had been hacked by multiple parties and contained malware. I signed up for a 3 year service agreement at the cost of $ 631 wondering now if this all legitimate or if I have been scammed. The computer is in working order again and has a helpline app.
