This is a work from home job, with the ability to work from anywhere in the US. We are located in Portland, Oregon. Our Company is also expanding into other states in the US market and we are opening 5 offices in the following locations; New York NY - Detroit, MI - Phoenix, AZ - Boston, MA and Gainesville, Virginia.
Salary is $55 - $70 per hour. We offer medical, health, 401k, and other benefits. We also offer a Sign-on bonus and Performance bonus, and we offer training too.
Job Summary
You are the technical expert who ensures that all systems and applications used by the business are running smoothly and that issues and errors are addressed in a timely manner to prevent down time. You are proactive in your approach and you do not wait for problems to escalate before you raise such to the Operations Lead. You have good communication skills as you help our leaders and associates navigate through and resolve their technical problems.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
• Providing assessment, triage, research and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding use of applications, software products and/or infrastructure components
• Troubleshooting and repairing remote desktop computers to ensure they interconnect seamlessly with multiple systems including network drives and all business productivity applications
• Communicating directly with associates via phone, e-mail, and remote diagnostics to determine and resolve reported issues
• Installing and configuring software updates and providing end user assistance
• Maintaining a high degree of customer service in addressing all support requests and queries
