Expect problems. Their staff is under trained and undermanned. Usual wait call times are 45 minutes plus. The automated system will suggest you "press any number to leave a VM and phone number to call back" but their VM is always full and hangs up thus making you start your hold time over. When you do finally get a response, the mindless drone on the other end is only there to field questions and connect you to secondary departments, and guess what... Its another hour on hold. If they disconnect the call they wont bother calling back. Your flight info better not need any adjusting or your in for a fight. I just ate the $170 fee, im in poverty but i can't stand dealing one more second with this awful company.

Spent an accumulated 2 hours and 46 minutes on hold.

Booked a flight and when we tried to check in they said the ticket was a scam. Booking references # wasn't corresponding with airline and they said we didn't have a seat or ticket on the flight we were supposed to be on.

I booked a flight to Orlando on March 26 2020 for June 21st. On June 18 they called us saying that our flight had been canceled due to Covid 19. We said well put us on a different flight. Adam (representative) said that they can not because there isn't another flight. I told him that I was looking at another flight for the same day as we speak (I was on my ipad). He said but not for the amount that I paid back in March. I said that I understand but if the flight have been canceled due to no fault of my own they have to accommodate us. He said that he could not. I asked to speak to his supervisor several times and he refused. I said "why can't I speak to your supervisor and he said that, that not their protocol. Since I promised my son this trip, I went and paid the difference which went up an extra $685.43. I waited all night for my confirmation email. The next day I called them on my phone but they have yet to pick up. As soon as I called on my son's phone they picked up. I told the guy that I haven't recieved my confirmation email yet and he told me to wait 3 hours. I said why do I have to wait that long when I paid last night. He said because there was noone there to submit my payment yet. I told him that it is taken out on my end. He begin to raise his voice while telling me to listen to him as he repeated that there wasn't nothing that he could do and I would just have to wait. I then told him that I feel like I'm being scammed because I've never experienced this in my life. Also, I told him that I feel like he is conducting himself in an unprofessional manner and he isn't showing any compassion to my situation. In a very much irritated tone he said "I told you that you have to wait and that's it". He then hung up on me. I am still trying to get them back on the phone to cancel everything but no one is picking up. Btw, when he was yelling at me he, he stated that he have seen that I called over 3 times. So which makes me believe that they are screening my calls. I am upset because hotel, car rental and theme park was already paid for in full. With the parks you have to reserve the day that you are going so it's not like I can go anytime.The tickets that I brought back in March was $244 and last night I gave them an additional $685. I would like all my money back today or I need to be in Orlando on the 21th

My son and his cousin purchased airline tickets- they told them that the flight was canceled. When we called the airline the told us that the flight wasn’t canceled and that they only held the ticket for my son never purchased it. They said that they are giving him and his Cousin a full refund but they must wait one to two billing cycles

We just got scammed charged us $736.00 for a flight that cost $211. When I called them out on the scam, they proceeded to call me back 19 times. I told them I gave their number to the police. They were stupid enough to call back on their personal cell rather than the 888 number they provided.

They were claiming to book an airline flight through Spirit Airlines. They were charging $736.00 for a flight which cost $211.00 on Spirit Airlines website. They sent a confirmation with different dates and said it was non refundable (due to COVID-19 all airlines are allowing cancellations/changes for zero charge) They took partial payment upfront, then called back for a different credit card for the balance. When we confronted them with the scam, and threatened we'd call the CDC and WHO due to covid scam and said we will call the police, they proceeding to call back 21 times (from a cell number, not the 888 number on the website). Once we text the number and said the local police will be contacting them shortly, they did not call back again. We called the police and filed a report and stopped the credit card. Hopefully, we didn't lose any money. We researched other scams from this website and others did come up. Fake tickets, no airfare after purchase. I hope this will get reported and shut them down from scamming others.

I thought I was purchasing tickets for my son, and was scammed by this site for hundreds of dollars! I had to cancel my debit card to avoid being scammed out of more money. Run far from this site! My bank will be pursuing fraudulent charges against this site.
