Was directed to the site through social media, made a purchase and paid. I emailed the company once to check the status of my order since it had been 6 weeks. They told me to wait 3 more because “shipping outside the country, things sometimes get held up at customs” so I begrudgingly did. I then messaged after those 3 weeks as nothing had changed on the status of my order on the website, with no response. I waited a bit more and emailed again, no response. There is no number to call and no other way to get in contact with them. And since this all started months ago, they have changed the name of their ‘company’ three times now. It was Insnartum, then Cayahs, and now Grappees all while keeping the same website.
