"We presently have an opening for someone who is willing to work from his/her residence as an administrative assistant. I looked over your resume and I would like to invite you for a virtual interview to tell you a little more about the available position and also get to know you better. We believe our success depends on having the best and brightest employees and helping them attain full potential. [It will be about 30-45 minutes chat session]
You will find attached more information about the job and company, please go through it and let me know which of the following times work for you so I can send an invite and confirmation details:

I have upload the file that the scammer had attached to the original email. I researched everything and thought everything appeared to be legit so I scheduled the interview. The interview was completed over glip.com and I was offered the position by way of an offer of employment (also attached). As time passed the gentleman from Inspirata (Matt Murphy) said that my check for purchasing startup materials and for training was being mailed to me. He even provided me with a USPS tracking number. Upon researching this is when I discovered I had been scammed. After tracking the check it said it originated in OAKLAND CA DISTRIBUTION CENTER but I knew from my research of the company that the real Inspirata, Inc is located in Tampa, Fl. I began to really look at the email addresses the scammer used and the ones published on the real Inspirata, Inc website and noticed they were different. The real site has the human resources email address as: [email protected] and the scammer had me email human resources at the email address of: [email protected] and [email protected]. I have all the emails and conversations that occurred through glip if you need them. If he did in fact mail a check I should receive it in the next day or so.
