As I was waiting overseeing my order be prepared via phone I noticed nothing was to be replaced for my order.
It’s been a week now since i made that order. I never got the remaining $5 back from the authorization hold.
Instead I was charged an additional $6.86. I called Instacart customer service and they refused to help me.
I just want what was owed to me.
