I was on instagram and I clicked on what I thought was macys as they were doing a survey for a free purse. All I had to do was pay for what I thought was shipping and handling @2.95, it was a lie to get my card number and it charged me 99.99 and 55.98. I called the number that was attached to the merchants info on my bank account and spoke to Darren agent #511, I informed him that I know it was a scam and to refund my money, he did that. This was ridiculous and down right dirty!
