On instagram there was a free giveaway and the initial cost was $6.28 on 10/14 paid online. Before the transaction appeared to go through I clicked out of the giveaway. However, they captured my information and then proceeded to charge me the $6.28 and then $76.33 on 10/19. I emailed for a refund and cancelation of whatever it was they signed me up for. When calling the customer agent said you didn't read the information. I said I didn't see it because it was misleading. I am requesting a refund. On 10/21 I sent an email through my email and through the contact us tab on their website requesting the above. I did not get a return email or a return call. I sent the same email again on 10/28. Again, no response. It was a free giveaway. It appeared that the $6.28 was for shipping. But I did not click a membership or anything to be charged $76.33 going forward. I would like a refund, it was very misleading.
