I contacted a breeder to purchase a puppy from them, she sent us photos of the puppies to choose from. Once we chose our puppy then she asked for us to sign a contract between her the seller and us the buyer and send a deposit. Once we got that all worked out the next day when the puppy was going to be shipped the puppy nanny contacts me and told me the airport declined their shipping crate and wanted another $650.00 from us to ship the puppy or the puppy couldn’t be shipped. They threatened us saying If we didn’t pay the puppy would go to the pound. We contacted shipper she used he made threats about payment needing to be made we explained to them we have nothing to do with that. It is between the shipper and the seller. They got irate and angry they wanted their money which we were told it was included. They hung up the phone.

We tried to contact the breeder she kept claiming she was either driving or at work every time we tried to talk to her no matter what day or time we tried. She wouldn’t take care of the added expense to ship the puppy. She claimed once she sold the puppy she has nothing to do with it. The shopping was included in the price and she said she had the puppy in a crate that the airport wouldn’t accept and she wouldn’t

Pay for it. She said for us to use a credit card and airport will reimburse us. I told her to pay for it and she will get reimbursed. She said she would pay 300 and we needed to pay 350. We told her no and that we were going to contact the police and the FBI. Since then she has removed her instagram profile on instagram and deleted all the photos of the puppies
