Found an item on Instagram from what looked to be a seller stated shipping Included. Bought the an instrument cluster from them and send the money through Apple Pay. Sent it, they than said the will ship item and sent a photo to make it look legit, a few days latter I get an email and message from the seller that the item is on hold cause I have to pay another $211 insurance fee for the item to be released from the shipping company air cargo postage. I told the seller and the shipping I am not paying that as I was not informed about this and they are trying to charge $25 a day for not paying the insurance fee
