Got a call from this heavy accented.woman asked me my name i confirmed it and she went on asking me about how she can be of assistance so continued i need a 1000 dollar loAn. She asked me what it was for and so forth. I explained to her. And then she gave me the confo number address of facilitie. Zip code and then gave me a number to call 5183802183 told me his name was sam martin and i need to provide him with my confo number my name and her name mary gave me the web address Instantloan.net and so i called the number they provided and a sam Martian answerd heavily accented told me to call him back after i gave him my confo number so i called back 45 min later and he said he needed 20 mor min so i called back again and he said he was able to process my loan and that they dont take my bank and that inhad to go to walmart 711 or walgreens and purchase a money gram of 99 dollars so i stupidly said ok and called him back whn i got to the store so i did he answerd and told me go to electronics and purchase a 100 dollar apple i tunes card and then take the recipt and card go out side th building were i can hear u better and pay attention i gsve him the number on the back of the i tunes card after 7 min of him on the phone while processing stuff told me hes gunna transfer me to his manager anthony sams and hes gunna give me my reference number. So he came on the line and verified my info and told me one moment plz gunna activate ur reference number after 2 min he came back on the phone and told me that there was a business fee of an aditional 250 dollars to activate the reference number and then said i tried paying it for u but the business that wanted the 250 sajd that since im recieving it i had to pay it they said i feel bad for u so for ur troubles we are gunna throw an extra 350 on ur loan to borrow money from a friend or family member and they will call back tomarrow to help processe my loan after promising me that i will get every dime back after 5 min of paying the 250 and calling me out telling me ur like my son ur just as old as him i promise u get everything back

I received repeated phone calls this morning from phone number 850-764-5327. I was at work so I finally answered it hoping the calls would stop. I was informed by someone with very choppy English that I had been approved for a $3000 loan. I didn't apply for any instant loans. I asked the terms of the loan and he said it was repayment of $1000 per month. I then declined again and he scoffed and laughed at me. I responded saying that that's terrible customer service and he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and the 2nd rep kept asking the name of the first one. I said "Russell" and I was hung up on again. I called back a 3rd time and asked the name of the company and I was told "Instant Loans".

This is very much a scam and I am willing to pursue legal action to not only protect my identity but also for monetary damages this is likely causing. I am at work today and have spent a great amount of time looking up information on this company, which of course is not available. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was told there is not enough information to pursue a complaint.
