I ordered the Co's advertised face and eye cream for the free offer they presented. There was only supposed to be the payment for S & H, which came to 4.95 twice. But they charged my Visa $178.86.

This company claimed that it was being started by Joanna Gaines, but from what I can find the company she is working with is called Cellogica. They said it was a free sample and only having to pay for shipping $4.95 for one product and $4.90 for the other. When I received my bill they not only billed those 2 costs, but also another $2.49, $89.87 and $88.99! When I called they said that the samples were 14 day time trials and if I kept them they billed the full cost. There was nothing about time trials on the order or the confirmation emails. I feel that they were totally deceptive in the way they presented this product.

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT LINES FROM INSTANTLY VIVID. They do note in their conditions and terms that they will bill your card for $89.95 per product plus shipping and handling. Their return process says to cancel within 14 days, but you do not receive the product until 9 days after purchase, which the trial period starts as soon as you order thus giving no chance to try the product and cancel within their limits. If you do try to cancel without using their products they say they will accept and refund, however, when I tried calling for a refund, within their own terms and conditions listed number, they said they do not accept returns and that my trial period had ended so they would not refund. I tried calling all the numbers I could find and they all told me that either they could not find my account or that they did not accept returns. I unfortunately bought two products...

Here is the wording:

If you are satisfied, do nothing and you agree to be charged $89.95. Plus you agree to be enrolled in our Derma Luminous Preferred Membership Program and approximately 30 days from your initial order date and every 30 days thereafter, you will receive a fresh supply of Derma Luminous Cream for $89.95 (plus $4.95 shipping and handling). You may cancel your enrollment by calling (888) 597-9233 for Customer Service. Limit 1 trial bottle per household Regardless of whether you cancel your Trial in a timely fashion or not, You will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges associated with your Product $4.95. You agree that we can charge your credit card for this amount, and you agree to pay such amount regardless of whether you cancel your Trial in a timely fashion or not. I responded to a Facebook add for a trial offer of a face cream and eye cream from a company called Instantly Vivid. I read ALL the information on the page and didn't see anything about enrolling in a club or any future commitment to buy anything. I purchased the product for $4.95 each for face cream and eye cream. About a week or two after receiving the products I noticed a new charge on my bank statement for $89.88. I called my bank and the number that was listed with the charge. I explained that I never authorized this additional charge and was told that I clicked on a box agreeing that I was over 18 and had agreed to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. I had their web page up on my computer at the time, so I clicked on the terms and it simply brought me back to the same page. I tried this repeatedly, but I was never taken to a statement of their terms or a privacy policy. When I told the customer service agent on the phone that I couldn't find any statement on their page she started questioning me about what web site I was actually on!!! The one I ordered from!!! I never did find any statement. She finally read me a very lengthy statement about what it was I supposedly had agreed to! We argued to the point where I told her I was going to file a complaint and report this as a scam. She agreed to refund 35%of the $90.00 charge and cancel the contract! That's it. So I just ended up paying $60.00 for two tiny bottles of face cream. I should have continued arguing with her until I got a full refund, but I was getting too angry. This isn't right!
