Ordered a jumpsuit from this website. The photo online was INCREDIBLY different than what I received. When I contacted them to arrange for a refund, they responded immediately & told me to fill out a request & send a photo of the item. They later told me that they needed time to retrieve my information. I followed up to multiple times to check the status of procedure & never received a response. A few weeks later, I got a message from my bank indicating suspected fraudulent charges on my credit card.
