I submitted return request ********* FOR ORDER ST******* SUCESSFUY SUBMITTED TRACKING NUMBER ****************** AND CONFIRMED BY AMANDA LONG.

MY REASON FOR RETURN- THE GOLD DRESS IS MADE OF GLITTER AND A MESS OF MY HOME. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DRESS DIPPED IN GLITTER.. THE ORANGE DRESSES HAVE AN EXCELLENT DESIGN, BUT THE MATER IS CHEAP, AND THE DRESS DOES NOT FIT MY BREAST AREA. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED. I TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CALL AND THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED DOES NOT WORK.

I have two dresses that I am very unhappy with! I want to return the dress for a full refund.

Amanda Lang Has failed to follow up, and the dresses are not worthy of being worn.

June I prefer dresses for my sister 50th birthday and I never receive the clothing. I contacted my credit card company in July and realized that hard made 3 different charges in July, it took months someone finally emailed back and said that my money was refunded because package was returned to them, I am a mother and truly I had to re buy my dresses and still haven’t receive any money, the number is contacted to another whole business on the website! Please advise

The customer service number they have posted on their website is: 860-245-8856

That number is an automated message system that prompts you to e-mail them if you have a problem with your order OR call 1(888) 574 – 7204 for immediate CS assistance.

So I called the 1(888) number, and no one answers – It goes “boop boop boop” and hangs up immediately. No real way to contact an actual CS representative.

Then I thought to do a deep dive on the business, and this is what I found. (See screenshots below) Do I need to waste time with this? I have e-mailed them, I have called MULTIPLE times and tried to leave a message with the original 860 number. After 30 seconds of VM recording, it automatically hangs up. I cannot explain our issue in 30 seconds while also providing your name (spelled out loud) email associated with the order, AND the order number – Tried 3 times and each time did the phone automatically hang up on me. It is obvious their customer service department is simply NON EXISTENT. There is no way we will be able to return this romper and receive a full refund. They also do not do exchanges. They will only credit back a small amount from the total amount spent on the original purchase. If you would like to get that same item, but in a different size - You must purchase AGAIN. Therefore risk losing even MORE money on top of the money I will lose from purchasing this item. Their reviews are also absolutely awful. Wish I could attach more screenshots - But here are just a FEW OF THEIR REVIEWS. Ugh.
