I saw an ad for a weighted blanket on Facebook on December 3rd, 2023. Seemed to have good reviews and website seemed legit. Ordered the blanket that day for a Christmas present for my husband. Received confirmation email and tracking information. But the tracking information that was entered on December 4th never changed after that. I reached out to the company via email on December 23rd and was told the next day that they were overwhelmed with unexpected orders from Black Friday. Understandable but I found it odd that they never reached out to let customers know. Email also had some broken English. They provided me with the tracking info again but it still had not changed. Decided to try to be patient but still nothing by January 9th so I emailed them again. I was told, “ At the moment, our system is undergoing essential maintenance to ensure an enhanced shopping experience for our valued customers. Due to this maintenance, we are currently experiencing a massive volume of orders, which has led to a slight delay in our standard delivery timelines.

Please be assured that our team is working diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. We understand the importance of your purchase, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

Regrettably, due to the ongoing maintenance, we are unable to process cancellations at this time. Our system currently does not store credit card information for security reasons, making it impossible for us to initiate cancellations directly.

However, we want to assure you that your order is a top priority for us. We are committed to ensuring its swift processing and delivery. If you have any concerns or specific queries about your order

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. We value your business and are dedicated to providing you with the excellent service you deserve.”

I found this very suspicious obviously. They could not update me on any sort of expectation for my delivery, no status of my order, and also cannot refund my money. But, I decided to give them one more chance. Reached out again on February 5th explaining that the tracking info still had not changed and that it had been over 40 business days since my order. Told them if I did not hear anything back, I would escalate. It has now been over 70 total days since I placed the order and they never responded to my last 2 emails. Also, today when I went to check the order status, the website gets flagged as a security threat and my iPhone won’t let me open it. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company to get the refund.
