I was trying to get health insurance when the person said i needed to pay fo 1/2 up front. So i did. But when i called back a different person said i needed to give more. I said no cancle my policy and give me my money back. I person said ok it would take a week to get it back and they proceeded to take more from my account with out permission. They said the didnt but the bank has on record that they did.
