I bought a new computer. After installing software on the computer a message appeared on screen. The message said that we had a virus and we needed to call them immediately. We called the 866-921-9559 number and they said a computer tech would call us back. He called from 516-806-6620. We allowed him access to our computer and spent about 45 minutes on the phone with him while he fixed it.
