I received a voicemail from a woman who said she was in the integrity unit of the unemployment office of Nevada and she was calling about my eligibility for unemployment benefits. She told me to call her back in the next 48 and said to upload a copy of the front and back of my driver's license and social security card to their website. She also said if I don't do as she instructed they would make a decision based on the info they already have and I would receive a determination letter in the mail and have the right to appeal it.

It halfway sounded legit with the spiel at the end so don't fall for it!
