I purchased a luggage set through Bed Bath and Beyond that was supposed to be fulfilled by a company called Integrity Commerce. I purchased the luggage on 04/27/23 with the expected delivery date of 05/06/23. It's now almost 3 weeks past due with no update as to when the luggage will arrive. I've sent Integrity Commerce multiple emails through the Bed Bath and Beyond website as well as through their direct support email and have yet to hear back from them. It has now been close to 2 weeks since I initially reached out. I haven't been able to talk with anyone directly, however, and fear I'm out of a $200 purchase (I used a $50 gift card from Bed Bath and Beyond).
