Offered a health coaching challenge which cost money and paid to go through the challenge. The coaches website and cmmunications from the coach claimed to give a $500 grand prize at the end of the challenge. The winner was announced and not given the $500 but instead was to be used as a discount towards continuing further coaching. This was never stated. According to the coach (posting a rant on facebook) she claimed that this person did not want the $500 off when she found out it was not cash. I responded yo the facebook post with screenshots of communications that had been sent to challenge participants and recommended that they be more specific next time they have a challenge to clarify that the winner would receive a discount and not cash. I was not afforded an opportunity to report the coach on facebook because I was blocked without a response. There was false advertising before, during, and after the challenge.
