The site is bogus. I attempted to use it. No information was given. Any links from their email goes to a web page that says site not found. I WAS able to cancel on the phone, so they said, but the email they said would confirm never came. knowing they now had my bank card information, I canceled the card because there was no other legitimate way to cancel. They claim to be a part of the BBB, but I do not see it.
