While I was on my computer I received a phone call asking how my computer was working. Of course while I was on the phone the computer was having problems. The company took over my computer and did the repairs. It is funny that a senior sitting in my basement could atract attention from a company and knew right away that I was having issues. The company now wants $311.17 to leave my home computer alone.
