I was trying to find out who had called me by using a reverse phone number lookup function on the internet. It said it was free. I should have known it was not. When it came down to charging me, I stopped and exited the website, I thought I was out free. I did not see any information and did not click on the report, but Intellius got my debit card information from the internet, and used it to charge me $24.99 anyway. I called them when I realized what had happened, and the man who answered took some time to search. Then he told me he couldn’t find where they charged me. I would have to call my bank and dispute the charge in order to eat my money back. That’s a terrible way for Intellius to avoid giving refunds. I did call my bank, and they refunded my money. I have learned my lesson on this.
