There was an ad for a remote job position as a data entry clerk. It was listed on Indeed. I was contacted via email and instructed to download signal messenger and enter in a phone number to contact the HR manager.

The questions were odd, sentences did not seem human created. After answering interview questions, I was offered the job and told to wait for a check to be delivered to me the next morning in order to purchase hardware and software.
