Initial contact was email. Employment application for mystery shopping at walmart. I completed application. Then a week later received a text message saying that task was sent to my mailbox. I recieved a priorty mail flat rate envelope with a letter with instructions enclosed. I attached two photos of these documents to this scam report. The wording in the letter is purposefully confusing.

I immediately looked up the business name, Intercept Insight LLC and no record in BBB and no reviews found anywhere online. There is a website but that is it, so scam is obvious. I saw that there were other similar scams reported on BBB under different company names, but the instructions given by the companies are similar.
